BRIEF HISTORY & PRESENTATION:

We are an independent shipping agency, established at the port of Guanta in 1988 by a Group of entrepreneurs that viewed Guanta’s forthcoming potential growth as an alternative port to the port of Matanzas, to avoid vessels risk of sailing through the Orinoco River, increasing ocean freights to load aluminum and steel billets when the cargoes could be moved to Guanta by truck and still obtaining better profits, as well for the numerous oil wells located southward of Guanta this port was the best option to getting the oil well supplies to these sites, in addition to the lack of trustworthy and reliable agents in the area.

This company is well known in the shipping business by its experience, capability efficiency and for the quality of our personnel, which is our number one resource. Proof of this is that since our establishment we have been the No. 1 in yearly vessels attendance at the port of Guanta. Leading us to expand to other eastern Venezuelan ports.

Notwithstanding, that all efforts have been focused to established ourselves as the most competent ship agent in Eastern Venezuelan Ports, covering our main office jurisdiction ports of; Jose, Guanta, & Pertigalete, and other eastern Venezuelan ports through our own branch office, such as; Puerto Sucre (Cumana), Araya, Punta de Piedras/El Guamache, Carupano & Guiria, we offer services in all Venezuelan ports through our network of sub-agents, providing the same quality service.
